Summary

User gets an error on the System - Settings screen.

The Flow Action post-processing activity pzLPLuceneManagerSaveLuceneDetails failed: SOAP service failed

User is not able to see the Agents, Index on a particular node.

Error Messages

avaxyz.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: com.ibm.jsse2.util.j: PKIX path building failed: java.security.cert.CertPathBuilderException: PKIXCertPathBuilderImpl could not build a valid CertPath.; internal cause is:
 java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: The certificate issued by CN=ABC Root CA V2, DC=global, DC=abc, DC=com is not trusted; internal cause is:
 java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: Certificate chaining error

Root Cause

Incorrect certificates.

Resolution

Both the server certificate information and client certificate information must be in appropriate place and accessible.

The PRPC application server JVM needs to be able to access the correct certificate information in the certificate keystore in order to establish a communication channel with the server.

User must install the correct certificates.
