Additional properties not updated in IH table for some outcomes

Summary
After applying the HFix-23504, it was noticed that the extended action properties are not getting updated for the pyoutcome values such as "Accept" in PR_DATA_IH_DIM_ACTION table which is the response received from the SMS or Email campaigns.

Steps to Reproduce
- Run a marketing program calling SMS or Email treatments from the offer flow.
- Once the offer is accepted and the offer flow is completed, check the PR_DATA_IH_DIM_ACTION table for the new properties.
Root Cause
Inbound SMS responses not capturing the extended Interaction History (IH) properties while continuing the flow in the response received flow action.
This issue is also applicable for email responses.
Resolution
Apply HFix-34319 and follow these steps:
1. Import the HFix RAP through Import wizard and take a fresh copy of the extension DT from the hotfix for SetExtendedPropertiesOnSR.
2. Add the extension properties to the freshly made copy; follow the comments in the DT for adding new properties.
