Additional scroll bar is present on CPMInteractionPortal

Summary
Additional scroll bar is present on the out-of-the-box CPMInteractionPortal. The header does not remain fixed, as a result, the user has to use both the scroll bars to view the content.

Steps to Reproduce
Log in to the service portal. The default page (My work) exhibits the double scroll bars.Root Cause
A software use or operation error. Some Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) are overridden by the user.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:Add the below CSS styles in the embedded section CSWorkAreaResizer, in CPMInteractionPortalWorkAreaWrapper:
body.screen-layout-body,
body.harnessBody.screen-layout-body{
overflow: hidden !important;
height:100vh !important;
}
