Additional settings for CTI saved in designated directory

Summary



User wants PegaCTI-AvayaLink and PegaCTI logs to be saved in designated logging directory. Earlier in PRPC 6.1, user has made changes to prlogging.xml to make it work. In Pega7, user wants to know what changes need to be done to prlogging.xml to make it work again.


Resolution



This issue has been resolved by HFix-21515
