Summary



You observe the "@addTime" utility function is working differently in 5.4 and 6.1 env. 

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce



1. Run @addtime function with a createtime after business hours in 5.4 SP2 system
2. Run @addtime function with a createtime after business hours in 6.1 SP2 system
3. observe different result

Root Cause



The behavior changed in 6.x series to roll forward SLA times when a WO is created after hours. This is the updated intended behavior which may require an application change.

Resolution



The explanation for this behavior is as follows:
The behavior was identified to be logically incorrect in the 5.x processing of after hours cases which is corrected in the 6 series and beyond.  Documentation was updated to assist in conveying this update.
