ADM is not learning from customer responses

Summary
Developer has DataFlow which load Response into Adaptive Decision Manager (ADM), but while running Data Flow, developer does not see any ADM learning.
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
1. Load Responses to ADM through Data Flow.
2. Verify the ADM reports.
Root Cause
The option "Entitled to use Adaptive Decision Manager" under Designer Studio > Decisioning > Infrastructure > Services was unchecked.
Resolution
Developer is suggested to enable the option "Entitled to use Adaptive Decision Manager" to allow learning from loadResponse.
