AES 7.1.7: View of assigned work items for my group not working

Summary
User has assigned Autonomic Event Services (AES) work items to several newly created AES operators to solve the corresponding issues.
View of assigned work items for My group does not as expected using custom operators.
Wrong values are retrieved in AES WorkList (AES Manager Portal > My Work > My Group > View List for) when a custom operator is logged in.
The selected user is being replaced by the current user when worklist is being retrieved.
The issue does not occur with Out-of-the-box (OOTB) operator AES Manager but can be reproduced using OOTB AES developer:

Steps to Reproduce
- Copy the OOTB operators aesmanager and aesuser to create two new operators aesmanagertest and aesusertest.
- Assign a work item to the operator aesusertest.
- Display the work items assigned to aesusertest using aesmanagertest operator.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules: listview AESWorklist as shipped does not properly recognize input parameters.
Resolution
Apply AES 7.1.7 hotfix SE-32552.zip.
