AES with BigIP Address is not sending regular updates



AES server cluster is behind an F5 BigIP load balancer. The monitored nodes are displaying as offline and no updates are shown for the monitored nodes.

Error Messages

The Monitored Node is offline

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is in a third-party product integrated with PRPC.


Because BigIP is on the same subnet, SNAT must be configured to allow the communication to work as expected. Please consult with BigIP documentation and support services.
