AES installed but data is not getting captured

Summary



Installed Autonomic Event Services (AES) but AESManager dashboard doesn't show Alert and health data.

Steps to Reproduce



1. Install AES or PDC.
2. Notice that data is not getting captured.


Root Cause



A software use or operation error. Predictive Diagnostic Cloud landing page 'Endpoint SOAP URL' had Pega cluster name specified instead of the actual AES hostname. It should look like this:



Resolution



Perform the following local change:

Change the Endpoint SOAP URL to use the correct AES server hostname:
http://your_AES_Host:8080/prweb/PRSOAPServlet
