AES jar import fails with "Unable to establish connection" error

Summary
When a user tries to import the AES jar in Designer Studio, the import fails.
Error Messages
Encountered the following error:Unable to establish connection to database - See System.err for detail.
Steps to Reproduce
Import the AES jar using Designer Studio.Root Cause
This problem is caused by a software use or operation error. Pega engine uses the datasource information from prbootstrap.properties file to import RAP jar archives into the database. If the datasource information is missing in this file, the reported error may occur.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change: Make sure the following line is uncommented in prbootstrap.properties file
com.pega.pegarules.bootstrap.allclasses.datasource=java:comp/env/jdbc/PegaRULES
