AES upload does not create exception data or work items

Summary
An alert file with several thousand EXCP0001 events is uploaded. Instead of the expected pegaam_exception data elements and pegaam_exception_work items created for the cluster, there were only 7 data items or 1 work item and nothing obvious in log files

Steps to Reproduce
Upload a PegaRULESAlert.log file containg EXCP entries.
Root Cause
Error in product documentation.
Resolution
To import exceptions from an external file, the PegaRULES log file must be used and not the PegaRULESAlert log file.
