After Upgrade of WorkArea to Dynamic Container error occured

Summary
When auto upgrading WorkArea control in a section, it is getting upgraded to a tabbed layout containing two tabs (My Cases and reports). An error occurred when clicked on Reports tab in Portal.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Auto upgrade a section containing WorkArea control. It will upgrade to a Tabbed layout containing two tabs: My Cases and Reports.
2. Launch the portal Case Worker.
3. Click Reports tab.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error:
"My Cases" tab FlowAction is in class Data-Admin-. "Reports" tab section is in class Data-Portal. When "My Cases" tab is referred from Data-Admin- then pyDisplayHarness context is on Data-Admin- and it could not switch the context to fetch the sections from Data-Portal. Hence, the error occurs.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Save As all rules involved in the scenario from Data-Admin- to Data-Portal.
