Alert not showing updated values for connector totalRequestTime



User has a requirement to generate PEGA0020 Alert at different threshold value for
connector totalRequestTime rather than the default 1000 milliseconds. User has changed configurations in Dynamic System Settings (DSS) however the new threshold value was not getting reflected in the PEGA0020 Alerts getting generated in the PegaRULES-ALERT log file.

Error Messages


Steps to Reproduce

Set new value for TotalRequestTime to 1 via Dynamic System Settings (DSS).
Updated threshold value does reflect in the Alert logs when running SOAP Requests.


Root Cause

User has not specified the DSS entries correctly.


Suggested user to add following entries in the prconfig.xml file -
<env name=" alerts/connectors/totalRequestTime/enabled" value="true" />
<env name=" alerts/connectors/totalRequestTime/threshold" value="nn" />
