All agents do not display on Agents landing page post upgrading



A few agents do not display on the Agents landing page in Admin studio post upgrading Pega 7.4 to Pega 8.3.2.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch the Agents landing page on Admin studio
  2. Verify the agents 

Root Cause

This behavior is as per the Pega product design.


The Agents landing page in Admin studio on Pega 8.3.2 is similar to that of Pega 7.4 but does not display the disabled agents. The agent schedules take precedence over the agent rules. Hence, the agents which are enabled in the agent schedule display on the Agents landing page.
