Allocation Compensation screen details not saved



Smart Investigate for Payments 7. 31 is installed on Pega Platform 7.3.1.
On clicking the Save button in the popup on the Allocate Compensation screen, the details entered are not saved.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a Compensation case.
  2. Click Actions.
  3. Select Process Compensation and update values.
  4. Click the Calculate button. Verify the details.
  5. Click the Continue button. Verify the Payment screen.
  6. Click the Continue button.
  7. Select any option from the dropdown. For example, Debit Internal accounts for Compensation.
  8. Click Continue. The Allocate Compensation screen displays.
  9. Enter details and click the Save button.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
