Ancillary questions are missing for RC83 CC2

SA-8169

Summary

Ancillary questions are missing for Reason Code (RC) 83, and Condition Code (CC) 2. The question:

"Was the account number used fictitious and no authorization was obtained?" including both 'True' and 'False' values are missing in the 'Answer Ancillary Questions' screen

Expected Behaviour:
-For all Visa Europe (VE) transactions ONLY, after selecting "No" and/or leaving "Yes" and 'No' value unchecked to the ancillary question "Was the account number used fictitious and no authorization was obtained?"
The agent must be presented with red "X" beside the ancillary question 'What was the status of the card at the time of the transaction?', when there is NO option selected from this ancillary question

-For all Visa Europe (VE) transactions ONLY, after selecting "Yes" to the ancillary question "Was the account number used fictitious and no authorization was obtained?"
The CFO agent must NOT be presented with red "X" beside the ancillary question 'What was the status of the card at the time of the transaction?', when there is NO option selected from this ancillary question
