Up and Down arrows do not display in the Calendar controls

Summary
The Up and Down arrows do not display in the Calendar controls. However, this issue is not reproduced in the UI gallery and the function of the buttons is not impeded.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a section with the DateTime control
- Launch the Interaction portal and click the control. The Up and Down arrows does not display
Root Cause
The Pega Icon classes were not loaded in the application from the skin.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:Add pi, pi-caret-solid-up and pi-caret-solid-down related styles in the custom stylesheet.
