Answer mode check box displays despite When rule returning false

Summary
A user has a Complex question with the Answer mode as check boxes. It has a When condition for one answer which is always false.
On rendering the case, the check box displays. The check box should not display when condition is false.
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a complex question with answer mode as check boxes
- Apply a When condition to one of the answers to never display when it renders
- Run the flow
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-43517.
