Steps to Reproduce
Utilize an API call with the following:
prweb/api/v1/data/D_pxRuleResolvedRelevantRecord's?ContextClass=XXXX&RecordType=Rule-Obj-Property
Results are rendered after eight minutes.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue related to the SQL Server 2016 settings in the operating environment.
Resolution
Make the following change to the operating environment:
Enable the legacy Cardinality Estimation (CE) using the below command:
'ALTER DATABASE SCOPED CONFIGURATION SET LEGACY_CARDINALITY_ESTIMATION = ON'
