Application Document not displaying correct shape names in flows

Users are noticing that the application document is generating the document (and flow) correctly however it is not displaying the correct names of the shapes within the flow. Instead PRPC is using the 'default' shape name from when the flow shape was originally created. The correct name appears when users open the flow within PRPC.

Steps to Reproduce

Run Application -> Tools -> Document wizard.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules in v 7.1.5

  1. Save individual flows in the case type rule (by shrinking the distance between shapes randomly)

  2. Refresh the Case Type rule and save the Case Type rule.
