Application name is not visible



The application name is not displayed in QA7 claimsconnect manager portal. But after switching to training portal and opening the training manager portal, application name is visible.

This is happening only in QA7 Env and working fine in other Env.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is software use/operation error. Section rule where the application name exists is corrupted


This issue is resolved through the following local change: 
Revalidate and Saving the rule resolves the issue. Below are the steps to do Revalidate and Save in Pega 7.1.7

Click on Designer Studio -> System -> Release -> Upgrade -> Validate -> click on Revalidate and Save option
In Revalidate and Save form select Type as Rule-HTML-Section and select ruleset and ruleset version and then select the section where issue exists -> Click on Run button
