Application packaging fails when navigating between steps

Summary
While using the Application Packaging wizard, navigating between steps fails (for example, moving from Step 2 to Step 3). The navigation buttons do not display.
Error Messages
com.pega.pegarules.pub.clipboard.WrongModeException: The property pyWorkPage.pyApplications was of mode String while com.pega.pegarules.data.internal.clipboard.ClipboardPropertyImpl.addToList(boolean, int, Object, boolean) was expecting Page List mode.
Steps to Reproduce
Navigate from Step 2 to Step 3 in the Packaging wizard.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The PegaAccel-Management-ExportApp.pyApplications property was incorrect in the conclusion cache.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Revalidate and Save the PegaAccel-Management-ExportApp.pyApplications property.
