Application switching does not work with CPM

SA-21205

Summary

By default application switching does not work with CPM. When setting up the navigation rule you define the application switching context to call the “switchApplication function”. However, that function resides in the pxCaseMgrHeader javascript file, and the script is not defined as part of the pega_cpmInteractionPortal_scripts static content bundle, nor is it listed on the scripts and styles list on the CPMInteractionPortal.

Error Messages

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems code or rules: Added pxCaseMgrHeader.js file to the corresponding static content bundle.
