Application switching - label the same despite access group

Summary
The switch application menu in the developer portal displays the application names used by the access groups available to that operator. If you have different access groups using the same application, it is difficult to distinguish one access group from the other.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Configure an operator to have different access groups that use the same application.
2. Look at the list of application in the Switch Application menu.
