Summary
When the user opens Designer Studio>Application>Tools>Validation.
An error message is displayed on the validation screen.

There has been an issue, consult your system administrator
Steps to Reproduce
Click on Designer Studio > Application >Tools >Validation.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
User has included the rulesets that are not yet available into the application ruleset stack.
Hence while building the rulesetstack, since the rule is not available, there is a failure "Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: pxObjClass = "Rule-Ruleset-Name", pyRuleSetName = "A-B-C""
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
User is suggested to remove the ruleset which is not available ( not created yet) from the application ruleset list which resolves the issue.
