Applied DSS changes do not take effect

SA-98263

Summary

The default Alert threshold Dynamic System Setting (DSS) is modified. In the Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC), the Connector Alerts events that exceeded 1000ms display instead of the DSS changes made for the alerts. By default, the value is 1000ms.

For example,

The following DSS is created to override the Connector threshold to 4000 ms:

prconfig/alerts/connectors/totalrequesttime/threshold/default = 4000 ms

The Connector alerts that exceeded 1000ms display in the PDC instead of 4000ms.
