Summary
You have a transaction which fulfills the following conditions:
- Mechant Category Code is 6010
- Region is "US"
- Transaction amount is greater than $5000
Error Messages
Not Applicable
Steps to Reproduce
- Create dispute for VISA card.
- Qualify Disputes.
- Choose 'Processing error and double billing' option from the RCA screen.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in customer application code/rules. HFix-21106 was not installed correctly.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by reinstalling HFix-21106 and following the installation instructions.
