Assignment Begin button unresponsive in SnapStart URL

Summary
On opening a work object (assignment) from an email link using the pyMobileSnapStart activity, the Begin button does not respond. As a result, the user is unable to open assignments.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open the work object link from an email. The work object is assigned to a work basket.
- Click the Begin button.
Root Cause
An issue in the client application code or rules.
In the pyMobileSnapStart case, both the SnapStart harness (Work-!Review) and the portal Chrome harness are executed to display the complete portal, which results in a mismatch. That is, both the harnesses have different templating status which is not supported in the pyMobileSnapStart or the TopNavigation portal.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Open the harness which displays in the SnapStart URL.
- Click the Advance tab.
- Select 'Yes' for 'Enable UI templatization'.
