Assignment does not open directly in Perform mode

When a case created as a Temporary case, is persisted at a point and later assigned to a workbasket, the screen renders as a Confirm Harness instead of a Perform harness.
If the assignment is routed to the current operator, the screen opens directly in the Perform mode.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a case as a temporary case during creation.
  2. Persist the case.
  3. Route the case to a workbasket.

Root Cause

The issue occurred because 'Also consider an assignment in a work queue' checkbox in the pyStartCase flow (in the Process tab) was not selected. Disabling the checkbox prevents the inclusion of assignments in work queues in the Search for back-to-back assignment processing. Hence, the case is considered to have no assignment during routing to the work list. Hence, Confirm harness is rendered.

Perform the following local-change:

In the Process tab of the pyStartCase flow, enable the 'Also consider an assignment in a work queue' checkbox.

Note: This checkbox displays only when the 'Look for an assignment to perform' checkbox is selected.
