Assignment processing error screen not getting translated



User reported that the error message "Unable to open an instance using the given inputs:, which comes up on Assignment Processing Error Screen is not getting localized.

Steps to Reproduce

  1.  Open an assignment from the case manager portal. 
  2.  Resolve the case. 
  3. Try to reopen the assignment, it will redirect to the assignment processing error screen. In this screen, the message "Unable to open an instance using the given inputs" is not getting localized. 

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules .


Perform the following local-change:

The "Unable to open an instance using the given inputs" text is coming from "Database-Instance-NotFound " message rule. 

According the help doc, this message can be localized by replacing the text with locale language and save to custom ruleset ( language-specific RuleSet). 

SaveAs the 'Database-Instance-NotFound' Message rule in custom ruleset and provide locale text in the message .
