Attachment file name truncated after 60 characthers

Summary
When attaching a file with Drag and Drop or 'Select File' gadget, the filename is truncated after 60 characters. This occurs when using the Data-WorkAttach-File.pyUploadFile activity.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open any work object.
- Attach a file whose filename length is greater than 60 characters.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Navigate to the System Management Application (SMA).
- Under Advanced, click Virtual Rule Table Cache Management.
- Provide pxObjClass and pxInsID and reassemble.
- Navigate to the Rule Cache Management and clear the cache.
- Stop the Application server.
- Delete from the database records with the query delete from pr_assembledclasses where the pzclass is as 'ra_action_attachfile%';
- Remove the PegaRULES_Extract_Marker.txt file.
- Start the Application server.
