Attachment successful message incorrectly displayed

Summary
User is on a Samsung tablet using Chrome as the browser, the confirmation message of successful attachment is not accurate as the file is not attached but the message shows that it is successfully attached.
The scenario is working fine in Desktop.
Error Messages
No error message displayed to indicate that the attachment had not been attached.
Tracer shows an error with the attachment though.
Steps to Reproduce
Using Chrome on a Samsung Tab tablet
1. Click on the Attachment Tab
2. Select an invalid file type and then attach
3. This is showing a File attached successfully but the file is really not attached
Using the CallVirusCheck activity to check all the allowable file type.
On tracer it shows an error on but this is not being shown on the screen. Instead a File attached successfully is being shown.
Root Cause
Currently attach content control for mobile browser is going ahead with attachment even though there are page messages, this needs to be fixed.
Resolution
Apply HFix-30713.
