The attachments' title (correspondence and URL) is set to an empty string after applying HFix-48195.

Steps to Reproduce
- Install HFix-48195
- Configure a case to invoke the CorrNew utility to send and attach correspondence
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The pyMemo in pyDefault was set to "". This overwrote the previously set value.
Resolution
Apply HFix-48963.
