Attachments are not shown in mobile application



Attachments are not shown in mobile application, when they are able to be viewed from a desktop.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Attach a file using a desktop browser
  2. Sync the case to your mobile device and attempt to view the attachment.

Root Cause

Viewing of attachments using the attachment widget is not supported for offline enabled cases.


Case will need to be online only in this release in order to view attachments.
