Attachments box are scrollable in user portal

Summary
User is able to see distortion in the UI in the Attachments section. The section is scrollable when a large file name is given while attaching any content.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a case with an Attachment.
2. Go to the Review Harness.
3. Check the attached object from the attachment section.
4. Observe alignment looks bad.
Root Cause
User is having the custom application skin which was causing this behavior.
Resolution
By adding the word-break :break-all, to the main container of the attachment section it can be fixed.
