Audit history inconsistent for Account and Territory entities



Pega Sales Automation 8.1 is installed on Pega Platform 8.1.1.

Field level auditing is enabled for the below fields:
  1. Name
  2. Identifier
  3. Territory
  4. Postalcode 
  5. Street Address

After creating a work object 'Account', the Audit history has an entry as Added and Removed for the Postalcode and Street Address. Entry for Territory, Name, and Identifier do not display.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enable the Audit history for the Account work object for the below fields.
    – Name
    – Territory
    Addressess(1).pyStreet fields

  2. Open Organization and navigate to the Account tab.
  3. Click the '+' icon to create an account.
  4. Add details for Territory and Name.
  5. In the Address field, add the Postalcode and the Street.
  6. Click Submit. View the Audit history.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
