Steps to Reproduce
- Configure Field Level Auditing (FLA) for a few of the properties
- Configure a drop down for these fields and a post value action
- Change the value in the drop down
- Verify the Audit section
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
Value is updated on the Clipboard for the post value action and the data is not saved or committed. Hence, the trigger is not triggered and the FLA logic is not executed.
