The Audit tab in a case does not display any data

Summary
The Audit tab in a case does not display any data. This occurs in the production environment and works fine in the development and validation environments.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
Open a case and click the Audit tab.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error.
The production level in the production environment was set to 1:Experimental instead of 5:Production.
Resolution
Make the following change to the operating environment
Set the production environment level to level 5:Production.
