Send an email to Listener that creates a case.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules that results in the entire content of an email being written to .pyNote, which ultimately is used to source the memo for the History entry.

Resolution

This behavior is addressed in Pega 8.3.4.
