Audit trail is not getting updated properly

Summary
User upgraded from PRPC 6.3 version to Pega 7.2.2 version.
User able to find erroneous data in audit trail. User is able to see "70" in description of audit trail in upgraded Pega 7.2.2 version, where issue is not replicable in PRPC 6.3 version.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a case by providing valid account number.
2. Submit process potential duplicates screen.
3. Submit Qualify disputes screen.
4. Check the audit tab in claim details screen.
Root Cause
In the flow, audit history "70" is getting added which is a final rule.
Resolution
Apply HFix-34627.
