Authentication issues on DT1 Server
Summary
Error occurs and all the Connect-SOAP rules fail. Additionally, unable to save an authentication profile.
Error Messages
Caught unexpected Throwable during SOAP Connectivity Test: SSL configuration: unable to instantiate JSSE socket factory with current inputs
Error in the Tracer: Failed to get password from password source loaction " in Rule-Connect-SOAP ValidateInfrastructure.
Error when saving the Authentication profile: Save failed - Java Exception:
Java Exception: com.amazonaws.services.kms.model.DisabledException: arn:aws:kms:eu-west-1:97XXXXXXXXX:key/96XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXX is disabled. (Service: AWSKMS; Status Code: 400; Error Code: DisabledException; Request ID:XXXXX)"

Root Cause
A personal KeyStore was used to encrypt data that was disabled and which was not to be used.
Resolution
Here's the explanation for the reported behavior:
This error is related to a deliberately disabled key in AWS.
By default, Pega Cloud does not perform such actions.
As a local-change, manage the user's own key as required.
