Authentication verification error for SOAP Service

When service soap is invoked for PRPC 6.2.2 running on Websphere 7 fixpack 33, the following error occurs:

com.sun.xml.wss.impl.WssSoapFaultException: Signature verification failed

Error Messages
Message: Exception while authenticating the service request com.sun.xml.wss.XWSSecurityException: com.sun.xml.wss.impl.WssSoapFaultException:
Signature verification failed

Steps to Reproduce

Set-up SOAP Service with ws-security enabled with signature.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is due to the incompatibility between PRPC and IBM JDK, especially IBM saaj implementation.

Apply HFix-9827 using update manager and also define a shared library including
org.apache.servicemix.bundles.saaj-impl-1.3.18_1.jar (contact Pega GCS for the jar). Then reference the shared library defined in the previous step in PRPC application (in Websphere admin console, go to the application and click "shared library references" link and save the application after adding the shared library references to the application). Restart the server instance.
