Auto complete does not work when the result count is more

Summary
The auto complete control does not perform lookup when the result count is more.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a section.
2. Place an auto-complete in the section.
3. Use declare page as source of the auto complete.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error. Autocomplete was not configured as per requirement. The autocomplete configuration was pointing minchars to be displayed but minchars were not entered.
If no minchars is specified, then the autocomplete by default takes 2 as minchars.
Resolution
Local-change is to modify the minchars to be entered and the maxresults to be displayed.
