Auto complete inside wrap up is not working

Summary



Auto complete doesn't populate data and an error gets raised when user enters keyword for searching.

Error Messages



Access is denied and showing java script popup.

Steps to Reproduce



complete the Switch accounts
click on wrap up
click on the auto complete field and enter key word for search


Root Cause



The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules

Resolution



This issue is resolved by hotfix item: HFix-10230.
