Auto config fields becomes Read-Only after installing Hfix-21273

Summary
After installing Hfix-21273, developer reports the following issues:
• All fields with “Auto” config is changed to “Read-Only”
• All section with “Inline” config is changed to “Read-Only”
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a section with some controls, configured as Auto edit mode.
2. Include this section into a parent section and configure the edit mode of the included section as Inline Edit.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in customer application code/rules.
Developer has configured the layout as Inline Edit and all the controls within it are configured as "Auto" edit mode.
During the form load, when the controls are generated, edit mode of these controls are calculated depending upon the edit mode configured at control level and layout level. So all the controls with edit mode as "Auto" present within a layout with edit mode "inline", behaves as read-only after form load.
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following Local-change: Change the Edit mode of controls to "Editable".
