Auto Refresh of My WorkList section on click of it

Summary
Currently there is an Out-of-the-box (OOTB) Refresh button on My WorkList section to manually refresh the Cases after clicking on the My Worklist link.
User wants an Auto Refresh functionality on the Click of My WorkList link.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Launch a Portal.
2. Click on My WorkList link. My WorkList cases are not auto-refreshed.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.SkipReload value was set to true due to which section is not refreshed on click of MyWorkList.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change steps:
- Open pyPortalNav section, click on the properties for Menu Bar.
- Change from depricated "MenuBar" to Menu.
- Select pyCaseManagerLinks, double click on the MyWorkLists.
- In actions for Run Script delete the value for SkipReload.
