Autocomplete value does not get posted to Clipboard.

Steps to Reproduce

Select an option from the Autocomplete results. The value does not display in control as well as on the Clipboard.


Root Cause



A software use or operation error. Issue is due to a conflict of multiple Autocomplete fields in the Document Object Model (DOM) either due to name or value.

Resolution



Perform the following local-change: 
  1. Create a new Autocomplete control
  2. Place the new Autocomplete control on a new section
  3. Use In a list and select Allow Scroll for more results to allow free form input
