Autocomplete does not blank out hidden values
SummaryWhen an Autocomplete control is used to set additional properties the values are not blanked out if a user clears the value that was selected from the Autocomplete.
The main value is empty, but the additional properties retain the values from the original selection.
Steps to Reproduce
- Configure an Autocomplete that sets the value of additional properties.
- Enter and set a value in the autocomplete; The values of the additional properties are set.
- Clear the value from the autcomplete. Additional propery values remain set.
This is intended behavior, in the case that the value is blanked out we do not know the intension of the user and what we should set these properties to.
This should be taken into consideration as part of the design.
Configure an Action on the autocomplete to set the additional property values to blank on a key press if the additional properties are not blank.
This will blank the values if the user makes any additional entry into the Autocomplete after a value has been set.
