Back button on survey screen does not work with validations

Summary
On submitting a survey screen with validation on questions, the validation starts and errors occur when the criteria do not match. However, on clicking the Back button the validation message disappears but does not navigate to the previous screen.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Survey with questions that have a Validation set.
- Provide an answer such that the validation message appears, at runtime.
- Click the Next button (observe the validation message appears on the screen).
- Click the Back button (observe the validation message disappears).
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
