BadClassDefinitionException with Pega 7.1.6

Summary
BadClassDefinitionException error in the logs seems to indicate no more than that the Obj-Open-By-Handle Java Script was executed without a proper pzInsKey.

Root Cause
This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request. The root cause for this exception is unknown.
Resolution
Same exception has been reported as in BUG-164580 and scheduled to be fixed in future releases.
